Usman Bashir
Usman has spent 20+ years building platforms from MVP to launch, advising founders and executives on product strategy, and training developers across three continents.
He designed and delivered an accredited Master's degree in Software Engineering at Ravensbourne University London, trained 500+ developers through Pluralsight, General Assembly, and corporate programmes for Fortune 500 companies, and led Meta's largest developer community in Saudi Arabia.
Beyond client work, Usman builds his own products under WaveCraft, including PrismCX, a shared support inbox for SaaS teams who've outgrown Gmail without the enterprise bloat. When you work with WaveCraft Studios, you're working with someone who doesn't just consult. He ships.

A B2B SaaS platform connecting buyers and sellers in the construction materials industry. Built the MVP from the ground up as the sole developer, iterating directly with customers and stakeholders while advising the CEO on product strategy, direction, and hiring.
SmartBooking
An existing booking platform drowning in bugs, performance issues, and a team that couldn't ship. Led a new team of four developers and a UX designer to turn it around — achieving 2x+ performance gains across web, API, and mobile while overhauling the user experience.
Skills Union × Ravensbourne University London
Designed and delivered an accredited Master's-level Software Engineering programme. Managed a team of four instructors, built the full curriculum, and led marketing webinars, all grounded in Active Social Learning methodology.
